In accordance with the provisions of the Florida Information Protection Act of 2014 (FIPA) the Legal Digital Marketing Institute or LDMI makes this Privacy Notice available under the following terms and conditions:

  1. That the word owner refers to the owner of the personal data.

2. That the Legal Digital Marketing Institute LLC address is 3901 NW 79th Ave Suite 245 # 2154 Miami, Florida 33166, USA.

3. That the Legal Digital Marketing Institute LLC is responsible for the use and protection of the personal data supplied by the owners. 

4. That the personal data collected from the owners will only be used to attend the services requested and to be able to specify the relationship between both parties. 3. Modify the personal data when it is inaccurate or incomplete.

4. To oppose the processing of the personal data, if they have been used for purposes other than those mentioned in the privacy notice.

5. Request the person responsible at any time for access, rectification, modification,          cancellation or opposition of the personal data that concern him.
