How the certification process work
In order to become certified, you need to follow a series of steps that begins with requesting an LDMI ID (send us an email at support@legaldminstitute.org to request your LDMI ID).
Step 1: Request your LDMI ID
The LDMI ID serves as a unique identification code assigned by the Institute to applicants, members and certified professionals with the objective of identify them across the different Institute’s products and services.
Step 2: Choose your Route
The Legal Digital Marketing Institute makes available 4 routes to obtain the Certified Legal Copywriter™ (CLC) credential to qualified candidates. Download the CLC Handbook for more information about the certification routes.
Step 3: Apply for Certification
Once you have chosen your certification route you can apply by downloading and filling out the LDMI CLC Application Form available for download on the Resources page. For the exam route, you can purchase the exam access through the Exam Portal and there is no need to apply for this route.
Step 4: Get certified!
After your application for certification has been reviewed and approved, you can proceed to pay the certification fee through the Exam Center Payment Portal. Once the payment has been processed successfully, you must send us an email with the payment confirmation so we can proceed with issuing your CLC certificate and badge.
